Tree Farm Minis ‘26

Tree farm minis will take place on Friday, October 23rd and Saturday, October 24th, 2026. Sunset time is around 5:50 pm, so you may need to leave work early to make it to an afternoon time slot Friday, BUT you're kids won't be as tired compared to a late night session which is a plus for happy photos! Rain date will be TBD and might have to be a random week day around the same time.

Price: total price is $525 but only $150 of that is due at this time for the deposit.

You will get a gallery of all of the images taken and choose your favorite 8 photos! You can upgrade to buy extras or ALL of the images taken as well (once you see them all).

Details: This farm is in Stowe, MA. It's absolutely gorgeous and is private property (I will be the only photographer there with you for your photos). We will mainly be among the pine trees for a classic look, but will also do some photos in front of a ribbon backdrop with pops of ivory, green, and red. There is also a red barn which we can stand in front of for some photos if you'd like! The session will be about 20 minutes long, and you're expected to received about 25-60 images in your gallery to choose from. Clients will be back to back, so I cannot go over your 20 minutes (there's a 5 minute buffer so I can run back and forth on the farm to meet up with the next client). If you want a longer session, message me and we might be able to set you up a private date for a family session.

Before submitting this deposit, below are some key points outlined in the contract that you will need to sign and agree to.

*$150 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable to another session.
*Final payments due at the time of session or before.
*You will have a full print release where you can turn any images into prints, canvases, cards, etc., but you cannot alter the edit of the images in ANY way (this includes instagram filters or anything to change my product/art).
*Sessions are for your immediate household family only. This is due to liability reasons since I need a signature approving my contract for each family. If you want your adult siblings, parents, etc. involved in the photos with you and your kids, please inquire for an additional small fee.
*Please enter the correct email address and phone number at check out when you submit this deposit payment. I will be using that information to make your contract and to send you your images. Thanks!
