2025 Summer Family Sessions

Thanks so much for your interest in having Amanda capture your family! Family sessions in my opinion are one of the most important sessions to photograph because you are capturing your family's love, freezing this moment in time, and you'll receive a large variety of playful actions and poses (you won't just have one standard smiling at the camera shot to put on the wall, you'll have details, giggles, and lots of interactive poses that show off your child's true personality, silliness, their little pigtails, baby toes, etc.). You don't want to forget these precious memories from their childhood, and they'll want to reflect on their interests and personalities as a kid when they are older and having babies of their own! Crazy to think about, I know!

These are full length sessions (not timed, but on average 45-60 minutes long). I also am doing summer mini sessions which are shorter outdoor family shoots as well. For the hour, we will do some smiling at the camera photos and plenty of playful actions as well!! Pics of full family, mom and kids, dad with kids, just the kids, more individual photos too! OR use these sessions for maternity shoots as well!!

You will get a gallery of all of the images taken and choose your favorite 20 photos! You can upgrade to buy extras or ALL of the images taken as well (once you see them all). For example, if you upgrade to buy 10 extras, 10 extras cost $230.

I am also offering EXTENDED family sessions too!! This would be a session that includes maybe your parents, siblings and their children as well. Family sessions are ONLY for your immediate household family, but you can do an extended family shoot to include others and even split up the price.

Pricing:
A private family session is $900 for your choice of 20 digitals.
A private extended family session is $1100 for 30 digital images.

Before submitting this deposit, below are some key points outlined in the contract that you will need to sign and agree to.

*After you submit deposit, I will reach out to schedule your date. Please note based on weather the date could change. Sessions are WEEK nights around sunset hours (June and July sessions start around 7:15 pm, August starts around 6:30/6:45 pm). If you need a weekend, message me before placing a deposit to see if I can possibly make it work on the schedule or not*
*$150 deposit is nonrefundable.
*Final payments due at the time of session or before.
*Session locations are chosen by the photographer and within 30 minutes of Oxford, MA usually, but if you want to choose a further location there is an extra fee for time and travel.
*You will have a full print release where you can turn any images into prints, canvases, cards, etc., but you cannot alter the edit of the images in ANY way (this includes instagram filters or anything to change my product/art).
*Sessions are for your immediate household family only for the family sessions. This is due to liability reasons since I need a signature approving my contract for each family. If you want your adult siblings, parents, etc. involved in the photos with you and your kids, please inquire for an additional small fee. You may add extra family members to the extended family sessions only.
*Please enter the correct email address and phone number at check out when you submit this deposit payment. I will be using that information to make your contract and to send you your images. Thanks!
